A request for ideas

Well, so it occurred to me that we have a lot of days down in Florida this winter. A few of those days we’ll be going to Orlando (c’mon, MINA has to see Mickey… it’s for her, really. Truly.) That still leaves time to step on each others’ toes.

So what are you favorite things to see/places to go/stuff to do when in South Florida? I’ll be staying in Boynton Beach from the 21st tilt he 3rd of January. Ideas? Suggestions? I think given the Orlando side trip, I’d like to limit it to reasonably close day trips. No super long car rides.
